Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and process customer invoices on Sage Evolution
- Verify billing information and ensure invoice accuracy
- Maintain invoicing records and supporting documentation
- Resolve invoicing discrepancies and customer queries
- Assist with monthly invoicing and reporting requirements
- Reconcile invoicing transactions where required
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure accurate billing
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures
Education:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Minimum 2 years experience in an invoicing billing or finance administration role
- Proven experience working on Sage Evolution is essential
- Experience within a high-volume invoicing environment will be advantageous
- Sage Evolution
- Microsoft Excel
- Strong numerical and reconciliation skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
