Position Overview
An ethusastic Intern IT Support Engineer (Microsoft 365 / Azure) provides first-line technical support to end users within a managed services environment. The role offers hands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications user accounts Windows devices networking and endpoint management while gaining exposure to IT service management cloud technologies and information security best practices.

Minimum Requirements:
- Matric / Grade 12 & Relevant IT qualification (completed or in progress). CompTIA A & N or Azure Fundamentals.
- 0 - 2 years experience in IT Support Help Desk or Customer Service.
- Basic knowledge of Windows computer hardware Microsoft Office and desktop troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Ability to communicate professionally and follow documented processes.
- Willingness to work from the Cape Town office and travel to client sites when required.
