INTERNAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Responsible for servicing allocated customer accounts assisting walk-in customer securing new accounts handling inquiries in a timely manner processing orders and providing quotations. Also supporting the sales team to maintain or build customer relationships and driving sales growth.

Please note: Preference will be given to candidates with specific automotive air-conditioning experience (technician parts sales supplier or related exposure). General automotive aftermarket experience is advantageous but secondary.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric (Non-negotiable)
• Minimum 3 years experience in Automotive Aftermarket or Parts Sales
• Working knowledge of automotive air-conditioning systems (essential)
• Ability to communicate in English and basic Afrikaans
• Strong stress tolerance and ability to multitask
• Understanding of restraint of trade considerations

Key Responsibilities

• Service allocated customer accounts
• Assist walk-in customers
• Generate quotations and invoices
• Process orders and respond to enquiries timeously
• Secure new accounts and grow customer base
• Analyze market trends
• Achieve and exceed sales targets
• Work closely with external sales representatives
• Report to the Regional Sales Manager
