Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers via in-person meetings phone and email.
Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the full sales cycle from generating accurate quotes based on customer needs to processing orders and ensuring successful completion.
Product Expertise: Stay up-to-date with MiROs product portfolio and market trends to confidently recommend technical solutions.
Performance: Work effectively under pressure to meet and exceed sales targets.
Minimum Requirements:
Education: Grade 12 / Matric (Compulsory).
Certification: CompTIA N or an equivalent networking qualification.
Experience: 12 years of sales experience in a similar role.
Systems: Experience using a CRM system (e.g. SAP).
Advantageous:
Relevant tertiary qualification (Degree or Diploma).
Experience within the IT/ICT industry.
Background in Wired/Wireless Networking VoIP IP Surveillance Internal Sales or a Call Centre environment.
