Internal Sales

Macsteel Trading Gqeberha is seeking a suitably qualified and customer-focused Internal Sales employee to support sales customer service and profitability objectives through accurate quotation management order processing sales administration and customer communication.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient service delivery and customer requirements are met.

• NQF Level 45 Grade 12 plus Higher Certificate in Sales Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in an internal sales environment.
• Experience in sales administration quotations customer service and order processing.
• Experience in and knowledge of all Macsteel products including Roofing and VRN
• Contracts or projects experience will be advantageous.
• SAP experience.
• MS Excel and MS Word proficiency.
• Ability to cope under pressure.
• Accountability and attention to detail.
• Strong customer service sales communication and relationship-building skills.
