Job Summary
Lead the design of user-centric digital experiences by translating user insights business goals and technical constraints into seamless solutions. Conduct research create wireframes and prototypes and work closely with product design and development teams to deliver intuitive and impactful products.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct user research activities including interviews surveys workshops and usability testing to uncover user needs and pain points.
- Develop user personas customer journey maps wireframes user flows and interactive prototypes to guide product design.
- Design intuitive engaging and seamless user experiences across web mobile and digital platforms.
- Partner closely with Product Managers Developers Business Analysts and key stakeholders to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions.
- Analyze user feedback behavioural data and usability metrics to continuously enhance product performance and user satisfaction.
- Ensure all designs adhere to accessibility standards usability best practices and established design systems.
- Effectively communicate design concepts research findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
- Contribute to UX strategy champion best practices and provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers (Senior-level responsibility).
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or relevant qualification in UX Design Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) Graphic Design Psychology Information Systems or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years experience in UX Design with demonstrable experience leading projects initiatives or mentoring team members.
- Strong portfolio showcasing the complete UX design lifecycle from research and discovery through to implementation and optimization.
- Proven experience conducting user research creating wireframes and prototypes and facilitating usability testing.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles interaction design information architecture and accessibility standards.
