Intermediate Mobile Developer (React MAUI)

• Role Title: Intermediate Software Engineer
  
• Primary Stack: React Native MAUI (iOS & Android)
  
• Experience Level: Intermediate (3- 5 years overall software development)
  
• Key Requirement: Demonstrated Proof of Execution (POE) using AI-assisted development tools to drive rapid shipping schedules.
  

• Mobile Architecture & Delivery: Design build and deploy high-quality cross-platform applications for iOS and Android using React Native (TypeScript) MAUI (C# / XAML).
  
• AI-Augmented Development (POE): Actively integrate modern AI tools into daily workflows to increase velocity across the entire SDLC from boilerplate generation and API integration to debugging and unit test creation.
  
• Feature Execution: Collaborate with product managers and UI/UX designers to translate requirements into responsive production-ready mobile screens and clean backend integrations.
  
• Quality Assurance: Maintain robust codebases through automated unit testing end-to-end testing and efficient CI/CD pipelines.
  

• 3 years experience in mobile application development.
  
• Hands-on proficiency in ONE of the following:
  

• React Native: TypeScript JavaScript Redux/Zustand React Navigation and native module bridging.
  
• .NET MAUI: C# XAML MVVM pattern dependency injection and migration/cross-platform deployment mechanics.
  

• Solid understanding of consume-ready RESTful APIs GraphQL and state management patterns. (integration knowledge specifically)
  
• Familiarity with publishing apps to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store (Nice to have not a must have)
  

• Active user of AI tooling: Proven track record of using tools like GitHub Copilot Cursor Windsurf Claude or ChatGPT in day-to-day coding workflows.
  
• Prompt Engineering for Code: Ability to structure complex prompts provide contextual constraints and evaluate AI-generated outputs for security accuracy and architectural alignment.
  
• Verifiable Velocity: Demonstrated ability to ship features significantly faster than conventional timelines by leveraging AI for boilerplate documentation testing and troubleshooting.
