Job Summary
Our client is seeking an Intermediate Business Analyst to join its team in Centurion Pretoria. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Business Analyst who enjoys working with stakeholders translating business requirements into technical solutions and contributing to the successful delivery of enterprise IT projects.

Matric / Grade 12

- Relevant IT Certificate/Degree/Diploma is an Advantage
- 3 years Business Analyst Experience
- Drivers Licence and own transport
- Understanding business processes
- Knowledge of the Customer Loyalty Industry
- in the Airline Industry Airline IT systems
- Proficient in JetBrains YouTrack
- Proficient in Microsof Word Excel and Powerpoint Google Drive and Docs.
- Conduct business analysis and requirements elicitation through Change Requests Stakeholder Engagement and JAD workshops.
- Analyse document and validate business functional technical and change requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear solution specifications and user stories.
- Facilitate requirements clarification impact analysis and solution design discussions.
- Support project delivery by executing assigned business analysis activities and deliverables.
- Perform root cause analysis problem identification and solution recommendation.
- Assist business and project stakeholders in evaluating and implementing process improvements.
- Good English verbal & written communication Skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
