Purpose of Role
The B2B growth marketing and marketing operations freelancer will support our current growth activity on an interim basis.This is a practical execution monitoring and optimisation role. The person will help keep campaigns HubSpot paid social inbound activity AEO coordination AI implementation support martech oversight and commercial reporting moving properly. This person will be working closely with a B2B Marketer a Data Specialist and interim growth support.

This person will be working closely with a B2B Marketer a Data Specialist and interim growth support.
Duties & Responsiblities
- Set up monitor and optimise campaigns across LinkedIn Meta email HubSpot and other agreed marketing channels.
- Support paid media activity including audience creation tracking performance monitoring and recommendations on what to optimise pause test or scale.
- Provide hands-on HubSpot support across lists workflows properties reporting campaign tracking and lead management.
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the marketing technology stack including HubSpot LinkedIn Campaign Manager Meta Sales Navigator enrichment platforms automation tools and AI solutions.
- Coordinate and prioritise data requirements to ensure target accounts and prospect data support current campaigns and Business Development Representative (BDR) activity.
- Support the BDR team by ensuring they have the appropriate campaign context target lists and supporting assets for personalised outreach.
- Coordinate inbound marketing activity Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) website conversion tracking and organic growth initiatives.
- Support the implementation of AI-driven growth initiatives including prospect research campaign preparation personalised outreach reporting and workflow automation.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates on paid media inbound activity AEO progress AI initiatives HubSpot performance marketing technology and any risks or blockers.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance marketing processes and operational efficiency through ongoing optimisation and automation.
