- Lead and mentor infrastructure teams across multiple sites.
- Coordinate daily field activities and resource planning.
- Conduct site audits and quality assessments.
- Monitor infrastructure projects and maintenance work.
- Resolve operational challenges and drive improvements.
- Ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards.
- Manage tools vehicles equipment and stock control.
- Collaborate with technical teams to support network stability.
- Matric (Grade 12).
- Valid drivers licence.
- 3-5 years experience within telecommunications infrastructure.
- Minimum 2 years experience managing technical field teams.
- Strong exposure to wireless/RF networks towers and telecommunications sites.
- Experience overseeing site build deployment and maintenance activities.
- Ability to assess workmanship quality and operational performance.
- Strong planning leadership and problem-solving abilities.
