Infection Prevention & Control (IPC) Manager KZN

A leading Hospital Group is seeking an experienced Infection Prevention & Control (IPC) Manager to oversee quality management and infection prevention across multiple facilities within the KZN region.

Requirements:

• • Nursing qualification ( NQF 6 or NQF 7) AND Post basic Qualification in Infection Prevention & Control***
  • Management qualification or certificate
  • Minimum 5 years experience in hospital infection prevention and control management
  • 2 Years leadership/Management of staff
  • Strong knowledge of GMP ISO standards SAHPRA regulations and risk management principles
  • Proven ability to develop implement and monitor IPC policies procedures and systems
  • Advanced computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office and IPC management systems
  • Demonstrated management and coaching skills with experience managing IPC teams across multiple sites

MustHave Experience:

• • Handson leadership in infection prevention and control within hospital environments
  • Implementation of preventative measures outbreak management and compliance audits
  • Driving digitally enabled datadriven IPC practices
  • Training and mentoring healthcare staff on IPC standards and procedures
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to influence management decisions on IPC matters
