You will play a key role in identifying opportunities for improvement enhancing productivity and supporting operational excellence across the business
Job Description:
- Lead and support projects from concept through implementation and post-project review
- Analyse existing processes to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements cost reduction and productivity gains
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully execute projects and operational improvements
- Develop and optimize process flows facility layouts and standard operating procedures
- Monitor project timelines budgets and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes
- Utilise data analysis and reporting tools to support decision-making and performance measurement
- Identify and implement initiatives that improve operational efficiency and business performance
- Approximately 5 years experience within a manufacturing production or operational environment
- Proven experience leading or supporting project implementation initiatives
- Strong understanding of process optimisation production systems and operational workflows
- Experience applying Lean Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience working with stakeholders across multiple departments
- BEng / BSc / BTech in Industrial Engineering or a related field
