Implementation Specialist

Our client an established software solutions provider is seeking an experienced Implementation Specialist to join their Implementation and Client Success team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the implementation configuration and deployment of software solutions tailored to client requirements. This role involves working closely with clients and internal technical teams to understand business processes translate requirements into system functionality and ensure successful software implementations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software implementation client onboarding or business analysis with excellent client engagement training and project coordination skills.

• Plan coordinate and manage software implementation projects ensuring delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.
  
• Engage with clients to understand business requirements map processes and conduct gap analyses.
  
• Configure and customise software applications according to client-specific requirements.
  
• Perform database setup and configuration including working with SQL databases.
  
• Translate business processes into functional system requirements and identify suitable solutions.
  
• Conduct system testing to ensure functionality meets client expectations and project scope.
  
• Facilitate on-site and remote system training for clients and end-users.
  
• Prepare and maintain implementation documentation business requirements and project records.
  
• Collaborate with development technical sales and support teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  
• Provide implementation support resolve client queries and ensure a smooth handover to the support team.
  

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology Business Process Analysis or Project Management.
  
• Minimum 3 years experience in software implementation client onboarding customer success or business analysis.
  
• Solid understanding of software implementation processes and methodologies.
  
• Knowledge of SQL database management and configuration.
  
• Experience gathering business requirements mapping processes and documenting functional specifications.
  
• Ability to configure software solutions according to business and client requirements.
  
• Strong project coordination time management and organisational skills.
  
• Excellent communication presentation and client training abilities.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
  
• Own reliable transport and willingness to travel to client sites when required.
  

• Experience within debt collection accounts receivable or financial services environments.
  
• Previous experience in an Implementation Consultant Onboarding Specialist Customer Success or Business Analyst role.
  
• Relevant certifications in project management or software implementation.
