Implementation Partner Manager

A leading organisation is recruiting for an experienced Implementation Partner Manager to lead strategic implementation initiatives optimise operational delivery and strengthen partner ecosystems across key business sectors. This opportunity is ideal for a highly organised and solutions-driven professional who can confidently manage cross-functional programs operational governance stakeholder engagement and implementation performance in a fast-paced environment.

• Lead strategic implementation initiatives aligned to organisational priorities and client delivery objectives.
• Drive implementation improvement programmes across partner ecosystems and operational teams.
• Coordinate projects from planning through execution including pre- and post-programme reviews.
• Identify operational gaps process inefficiencies and delivery risks within implementation programmes.
• Develop scalable operational frameworks and sector-specific implementation best practices.
• Act as a strategic liaison between implementation partners and internal teams.
• Support implementation governance partner enablement onboarding and operational readiness initiatives.
• Monitor implementation quality operational performance and execution consistency.
• Manage escalation governance processes and coordinate resolution efforts across operational and technical teams.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement long-term corrective actions.
• Create and maintain SOPs governance frameworks implementation playbooks and reporting structures.
• Facilitate strategic planning sessions and prepare executive-level operational reports.
• Build strong relationships across partner organisations delivery teams and leadership stakeholders.

• Bachelors degree in Business Operations Project Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in implementation operations partner management programme management or strategic initiatives.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional projects within complex operational environments.
• Strong analytical thinking organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure.
• Experience working with implementation partners enterprise clients or operational delivery teams will be advantageous.
• Exposure to operational governance escalation management and process optimisation is preferred.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and operational reporting tools.
