Our client is seeking an experienced and dedicated ICU-trained registered nurse to join a dynamic critical care team in the Southern Suburbs. This opportunity is ideal for a compassionate nursing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients within the ICU environment
- Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes in clinical status
- Administer prescribed treatments and medications accurately and safely
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Uphold infection prevention and patient safety standards at all times
Requirements:
- Registered with SANC
- Degree or Diploma in Nursing
- Postgraduate qualification in Critical Care Nursing
- 35 years experience within an ICU setting
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
