Requirements:

• Registered with SANC.
• A diploma/degree in Nursing.
• A post basic qualification in Critical Care Nursing is essential.
• Previous ICU experience is vital.
• A qualification in Nursing Education.
• An Assessor and Moderator qualification is advantageous.
• A strong knowledge of clinical governance and staff development is needed.
• Excellent leadership mentoring and communication skills.
• Able to implement training strategies and maintain clinical standards.
