• Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings reviewing resumes and scheduling interviews.
• Help maintain employee records and update them as needed to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support the HR team in organizing and coordinating training sessions and workshops for staff development.
• Participate in the onboarding process for new employees ensuring they have everything they need to get started successfully.
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives and help plan company events to foster a positive workplace culture.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal for interacting with team members and potential hires.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software is a plus.
• A keen interest in learning about recruitment processes employee engagement and HR best practices.
