A large and well-established mining house headquartered in Centurion is seeking a dynamic professional and highly organised Human Resources Administrator to join its Head Office team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys working across a broad range of Human Resources functions including HR administration employee engagement skills development training internal communications employer branding and transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Administration
Maintain and update organisational structures
Assist with drafting reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures
Coordinate onboarding and induction administration
Conduct pre-employment screening including:
LexisNexis checks
Reference checks
Administer employee leave on Sage 300 People ESS and SAP
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Skills Development & Compliance
Coordinate Adult Education and Training (AET) programmes
Upload learner information and training records onto relevant systems
Administer training grants and related documentation
Liaise with the Mining Qualifications Authority (MQA)
Support skills development initiatives and legislative compliance
Employee Engagement & Transformation
Coordinate Women in Mining initiatives
Organise employee wellness programmes across operational sites
Support Corporate Social Investment (CSI) initiatives
Assist with community engagement programmes
Internal Communications & Employer Branding
Maintain and update the company website
Manage LinkedIn and other social media platforms
Prepare and distribute internal newsletters
Coordinate internal communications across Head Office and operational sites
Support employer branding initiatives and employee engagement campaigns
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications
Degree or National Diploma in Human Resources Management or related field
Experience
3–5 years' Human Resources experience
Mining industry experience advantageous
Experience across multiple HR disciplines preferred
Systems Experience
Sage 300 People
SAP
Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint & Outlook)
Canva
Social media and digital communication platforms
Language Requirements
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Afrikaans Sepedi Setswana and/or isiZulu will be advantageous
Additional Requirements
Valid Code B driver's licence
Own reliable transport
Willingness to travel regularly to operational sites in Limpopo and North West
