A leading national retail and supply chain business is looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join its dynamic HR team. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment and is passionate about partnering with business leaders to drive people performance and organizational success.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Industrial Psychology or a related field.
5 years experience as an HR Business Partner or in a senior generalist HR role.
Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation including the BCEA LRA EEA and Skills Development Act.
Experience supporting multiple business units within a retail FMCG logistics manufacturing or operational environment.
Proven experience in employee relations performance management and change management.
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
Valid drivers licence and willingness to travel when required.
