HR Supervisor

• Provide operational HR support to management and employees across the full employee lifecycle.
• Coordinate workforce planning recruitment and onboarding activities to meet operational requirements.
• Support talent management succession planning and employee development initiatives.
• Provide guidance on employee relations attendance management and performance management processes.
• Maintain accurate HR records reports and workforce analytics to support business decision-making.
• Partner with line management to identify workforce requirements and implement people solutions.
• Coordinate training leadership development and organisational development initiatives.
• Promote compliance with labour legislation company policies and HR best practices.
• Drive employee engagement change management and culture improvement initiatives.
• Lead mentor and develop the HR team while ensuring effective service delivery and stakeholder support.

• Grade 12
• Degree in HR Management or related
• Minimum 5 years HR-related experience within a mining environment
• Minimum 2-3 years supervisory experience
• Experience using HR Information Systems (HRIS)
• Experience in workforce planning talent acquisition and employee lifecycle management.
• Proven experience in employee relations attendance management and performance management.
• Experience supporting learning and development organisational development and change management initiatives.

• Salary: Negotiable
