Job Summary
Our client in the Maritime Industry is seeking to employ a HR Officer to join their team based in Port Elizabeth.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
- Must have a valid drivers license.
- Must have their own reliable transport.
- Professional reliable and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Minimum of 5 years relevant Human Resources experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies procedures and South African labour legislation.
- Able to conduct performance reviews handle grievances experience working with Pastel Payroll.
- Excellent communication organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledgeable in working with SARS COIDA and SEETA as well as all other external compliance measures.
