Can you confidently navigate employee relations recruitment payroll labour legislation training compliance and Health & Safety while keeping the people and business sides working together
Were looking for an experienced HR Officer to join a dynamic manufacturing environment and take ownership of a broad HR portfolio. This is a hands-on role for someone who is knowledgeable organised approachable and confident dealing with employees and management at all levels.

- Related degree/qualification in Human Resources Management.
- 10 years of HR experience in a similar role preferably in a corporate or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of South African labour laws.
- Experience in integrated payroll system.
- Excellent communication problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Applicants must reside in Pietermaritzburg.
