Job Summary
Duties & Responsibilities
HR AdministrationManage and track HR documentation from initiation to completion across business unitsPrepare employment-related documentation including offers transfers and promotionsMaintain accurate employee records filing systems and organogramsCoordinate onboarding administration and employee inductionsEnsure all HR documentation is accurate approved and submitted on timePayroll & Employee BenefitsRespond to payroll and benefits queries within agreed timelinesLiaise with payroll teams to resolve employee-related issuesSupport employees with benefit claims (e.g. provident fund disability COIDA)Provide support during payroll processing when requiredEmployee RelationsProvide first-line HR advice to employees and line managersCoordinate disciplinary processes grievances and hearingsAssist with drafting warnings and maintaining IR recordsSupport CCMA preparation and ER reporting activitiesPerformance & DevelopmentCoordinate performance review processes across business unitsSupport skills audits and employee development plansAssist with training coordination and performance reportingHR Advisory & Customer ServiceProvide guidance on HR policies and proceduresEnsure compliance with labour legislation and company standardsResolve HR queries efficiently or escalate where necessaryIdentify opportunities to improve HR processes and service delivery
