Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end HR function and provide strategic HR support to leadership.
- Manage employee relations disciplinary processes grievances and CCMA-related matters.
- Drive recruitment onboarding performance management and employee development initiatives.
- Ensure HR policies procedures and employment practices remain compliant with South African legislation.
- Manage HR reporting workforce planning and key people metrics.
- Lead HR projects and initiatives that strengthen employee engagement culture and organisational effectiveness.
- Degree or relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources Industrial Psychology or a related field.
- 5 years experience in a generalist HR role with proven HR leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation and employee relations.
- Experience working closely with senior leadership and providing sound HR advice.
- Strong communication stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment while balancing strategic priorities with hands-on HR requirements.
