• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings reviewing resumes and conducting initial screenings.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
• Maintain and update employee records and databases ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
• Support the HR team in organizing staff training sessions workshops and company events to enhance employee engagement.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR-related documents such as offer letters contracts and policy updates.

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and Word.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
