Job Summary
B-BBEE and Communication
- Coordination and administrative support of EE
- Coordination and administrative support of Socio-Economic Development (CSI)
- Coordination and administrative support of BBBEE programmes agenda and initiatives
EE Management
- Manage all administrative aspects of the EE portfolio assigned by the Training Manager
- Assisting Human Resources Business Partners
- Assistance with onboarding and induction process of Shosholozas
- Splitting of the leave report monthly and sending it to the HRBPs
- Checking the union membership against payroll filing the data and sending it to the HRD
- Minutes for the HR meetings
- Manage the new joiner and termination filing and before it is handed over to Wendy Rootman for final checking
- Ensure long service certificates are signed and distributed to relevant Departmental Managers. Follow up with the respective manager to send photos when hanging out certificates. Send Photos to the Comms Manager for uploading
- Obtaining signatures for the Organograms once updated by the HRBP
- Splitting of the Overtime report into the relevant areas and compiling the Stats for the HRBPs
- Assisting with compiling the information for the HR Monthly Headcount Scorecard
- Consolidate the IR tracker by obtaining feedback from the HRBPs monthly.
Assisting Skills Development/Training with the following:
- Administrative assistance - retrieving information from relevant stakeholders such as training service providers line managers university institutions stationery suppliers etc.
- Requesting of quotes from suppliers and following vendor application processes
- LMS Reporting - Internal and external training
- Following up on PTP process
- Assistance in coordination of training
Support and replace the colleague in charge of the front desk
- 3 year University diploma or degree with a focus on Human Resources
- Honours degree in HR/Industrial Psychology
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge and Know-how specific to the job
