We are looking for a HR Generalist to join our team.

Key Accountabilities

  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with leadership operations and support functions
  • Process monthly payrolls for multiple countries and audit checks
  • Prepare and maintain HR and payroll-related reports for operational and management requirements
  • Administer employee benefits programs enrolments and renewals
  • Executes coordinates and administers core employee-related processes such as wellness/wellbeing performance and rewards people development and employee relations.
  • Partner with managers to communicate and implement HR policies and processes while supporting effective people-related planning
  • Participates in the development implementation and communication of HR projects and initiatives
  • Manages HR records and data ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and company standards
  • Assists in the development of HR policies guidelines plans and approaches
  • Partner with HR team members to identify opportunities for operational improvement

Education - Candidate must have a Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management with 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.

Experience - Prior experience within a multinational organization is highly advantageous. (preferably from energy or engineering industry).

Location- Cape Town / Nairobi / Dakar.
