Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare HR reports and correspondence.
- Coordinate recruitment interviews onboarding and offboarding.
- Support Candidate Attorney Vacation Work and graduate programmes.
- Assist with training records career fairs and campus recruitment.
- Coordinate wellness initiatives staff events and HR projects.
- Grade 12 / Matric.
- Relevant HR qualification advantageous.
- 23 years HR administration experience.
- Professional-services or legal-sector experience advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- HRIS experience advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail communication and organisational skills.
- Able to handle confidential information and meet deadlines.
