Job Summary

We are seeking a well-presented HR Business Partner to work at a reputable mine based in Rustenburg.

Minimum Requirements:

Human Resources related Degree or National Diploma
5 years Human Resources experience in a mining environment
Registered with the South African Board of People Practices (SABPP) advantageous
HR Best Practice HR Regulation HR Systems
Provide General HR Service Delivery
Manage and Plan Labour Availability
Manage Workforce Planning
