A leading international organisation in the food environmental and consumer goods testing industry is looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join their team in Cape Town.
This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys working across the full employee lifecycle and providing hands-on support to both management and employees
A leading international organisation in the food environmental and consumer goods testing industry is looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join their team in Cape Town.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process including screening applications interviewing candidates selection testing and preparing recommendations.
- Maintain accurate employee records relating to salaries leave training and other HR matters.
- Assist with preparing HR reports and management information.
- Assess organisational and individual training needs and assist with training and development initiatives.
- Support organisational development and maintain HR information systems.
- Provide HR advice and guidance to management and employees on policies and procedures.
- Assist employees and management with workplace matters and career development.
- Support Employee Assistance Programme initiatives.
- Guide management and employees on performance management processes and systems.
- Ensure HR administration is completed accurately and in line with relevant policies and procedures.
Requirements
- HR-related qualification.
- Previous experience in an HR administration role.
- Strong understanding of HR administration and employee lifecycle processes.
- Experience with recruitment and selection.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work confidently with both employees and management.
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Industry: Pharmaceutical/Chemical/ Laboratory
