This is a senior-level opportunity suited to a polished hospitality professional with exceptional organisational skills strong attention to detail and previous experience managing high-end private residences or luxury hospitality environments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the property ensuring the highest standards of service presentation and efficiency are consistently maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations and overall management of the private property
  
• Manage household staff and service standards
  
• Ensure immaculate presentation and upkeep of all areas of the residence
  
• Coordinate maintenance suppliers contractors and service providers
  
• Assist with guest hosting and ensure seamless service delivery
  
• Manage household inventories purchasing and stock control
  
• Maintain confidentiality professionalism and discretion at all times
  
• Handle scheduling planning and administrative duties related to the property
  

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar House Manager or senior hospitality management role
  
• Strong leadership and staff management abilities
  
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
  
• High attention to detail and service excellence
  
• Ability to work flexible hours when required
  
• Trustworthy discreet and highly professional in presentation and conduct
  
• Experience within luxury hospitality or private residences is essential
  

Package:

• Salary: R40000 R60000 negotiable depending on experience
