Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced and professional Hotel Reservationist to join a luxury hotel in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have strong reservations experience excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
Requirements
- Previous reservations experience within a luxury hotel lodge or 5-star environment
- Strong knowledge of hotel reservations procedures and systems
- Excellent telephone and email communication skills
- Strong guest relations and customer service abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage bookings accurately and efficiently
- Professional presentation and a confident friendly manner
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Knowledge of hotel reservation systems advantageous
