A luxury hotel in the Cape Winelands is looking for a professional and guest-focused Hotel Receptionist to join their front office team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel or lodge reception role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional well-presented and guest-centric
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Experience with hotel reservation/PMS systems
- Ability to work shifts weekends and public holidays
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask
