As a Hotel Porter you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests ensuring their needs are met and their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. You will be the first point of contact for guests and will be responsible for assisting with their luggage showing them to their rooms and providing information about the hotel and surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities: - Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival - Assist guests with their luggage and escort them to their rooms - Provide information about the hotel amenities local attractions and transportation options - Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently - Maintain a clean and organized lobby area - Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met - Assist with check-in and check-out procedures as needed - Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times - Follow all hotel policies and procedures to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for guests and staff - Perform other duties as assigned by the management team. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in a customer service role preferably in a hotel setting - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays - Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy items - Knowledge of local attractions and transportation options - Fluent in English additional languages are a plus.
