Hospital Manager

A senior leadership opportunity is available for an accomplished Hospital Manager to oversee the strategic operational and commercial performance of a non-acute healthcare facility in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will drive operational excellence lead multidisciplinary teams strengthen stakeholder relationships and ensure the delivery of exceptional patient-centred healthcare services.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Business Healthcare Management or a related field.
• Masters in Business Administration (MBA) will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 57 years experience in Hospital or Hospitality Management.
• Minimum of 3 years people management experience.
• Demonstrated strategic leadership and operational management experience.
• Strong financial management budgeting and business planning skills.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams within a healthcare environment.
• Sound understanding of healthcare legislation governance and Health and Safety requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement communication negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Strong leadership organisational problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
