A24 Group is a leading healthcare staffing and services group with over 30 years of experience across South Africa and the United Kingdom. Through our South African brands Ambition 24hours SA & NSSA we supply clinical staffing across hospitals nursing homes and community care settings nationwide.

We are now building a dedicated homecare division and are looking for an exceptional individual to lead it from the ground up.

The Role

As Homecare Desk Manager you will own A24 Groups homecare operation building it running it and growing it. This is a rare opportunity to lead a new business unit within an established group with the infrastructure brand and national nursing supply already behind you.

You will be responsible for three homecare segments: medical aid case-managed care private-pay elderly and recovery care and specialist complex care. You will drive business development manage key referral relationships and ensure the operational and clinical standards that make A24 the provider of choice.

What Youll Do

Build and manage a pipeline of case manager GP and specialist referral relationships across the Western Cape Gautengand KZN.

• Drive newbusinessacross all three homecare segments with a focus on medical aid B2B and private-pay B2C.

• Ensure same-day response on all referrals continuity of carer and A24s homecare service standards.

• Manage the homecare consultant team and oversee case coordination and clinical governance.

• Work closely with senior leadership to hit 12-month KPI targets including blended GP and medical aid network status.

• Represent A24 Group at healthcare events hospitalvisitsand client meetings.

What Were Looking For

Experience in healthcare homecare clinical staffingor a closely related field.

• Strong commercial instincts and the ability to build relationships with case managers schemeadministratorsand clinical referrers.

• Understanding of the South African private healthcare landscape including medical aid schemes and homecare referral pathways.

• Confident communicator who canrepresentA24 at a senior level.

• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple casesrelationshipsand priorities simultaneously.

• A genuine passion for homecare and community-based clinical services.
