A24 Group is a leading healthcare staffing and services group with over 30 years of experience across South Africa and the United Kingdom. We are building a dedicated homecare division and are looking for passionate driven individuals to join usatthe ground floor.

The Role

As a Homecare Consultant you will sit at the heart of A24s homecare operation managing active client cases while developing new referral relationships with case managersGPsand specialist practitioners.

This is a hybrid role: part relationship builder part case coordinator. You will be the named human contact for clients and referrers ensuring every case is placed quickly managed carefully and delivered to the standard that keeps people coming back to A24.

What Youll Do

• Build andmaintainrelationships with hospital case managers GPsspecialistsand private-pay families.

• Respond to referralssame-dayand coordinate nurse or carer placement for homecare cases.

• Manage your active case portfolio weekly family updates monthly clinical reviews and escalation when needed.

• Identifyand prospect new referral sources through outreach calls and hospital visits.

• Work closely with the Homecare Desk Manager to hit individual and team targets.

• Maintainaccuraterecords andensureevery client has a seamless professional experience.

What Were Looking For

• Background in healthcare nursing social work healthcarestaffingora relatedfield.

• Confident communicator empathetic with familiesprofessionalwith clinical referrers.

• Commercially minded with the ability to spot and develop new business opportunities.

• Highly organised and able to manage multiple active cases simultaneously.

• Understanding ofthe SA private healthcare landscape is an advantage.

• Genuine care for patients and families this is not a transactional role.
