Live-in position
ROLE OVERVIEW
The Head Therapist will oversee the wellness offering at a luxury lodge ensuring a high standard of spa and holistic treatments while delivering an exceptional guest experience. A strong background in wellness and a passion for guest care is preferred.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver a range of professional spa and wellness treatments
Oversee daily spa operations and treatment scheduling
Ensure consistent high standards of guest service and experience
Maintain treatment rooms spa areas and equipment to luxury standards
Support and guide junior therapists where required
Manage guest consultations and personalised wellness recommendations
Ensure hygiene safety and operational standards are upheld
Assist with stock control product usage and basic spa administration
Promote a calm professional and welcoming wellness environment
REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience as a Spa Therapist preferably in a luxury lodge or hospitality environment
Strong background in wellness and holistic therapies preferred
Relevant beauty or spa therapy qualification
Excellent guest relations and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote lodge environment
Strong attention to detail and professional presentation
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends when required
