Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Head Ranger to lead the guiding department at a prestigious luxury safari lodge in the renowned Sabi Sand.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an inspiring leader who is passionate about conservation delivering outstanding guest experiences and mentoring the next generation of field guides.

• Lead and manage the guiding department.
  
• Deliver exceptional interpretive guiding and guest experiences.
  
• Mentor train and develop the guiding team.
  
• Ensure guiding standards and safety protocols are maintained.
  
• Oversee daily guiding operations and activity planning.
  
• Promote conservation awareness and environmental best practices.
  
• Work closely with lodge management to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  
• Maintain guiding equipment and operational standards.
  

• Previous experience in a senior guiding leadership role.
  
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
  
• Excellent guest hosting and communication skills.
  
• Passion for conservation and wildlife.
  
• Strong organisational and operational management skills.
  
• Positive attitude with a commitment to luxury hospitality.
  
• Relevant FGASA qualifications and guiding certifications.
  
• Valid drivers licence and PDP/PrDP where applicable.
