To develop and implement the comprehensive open market life insurance product offering and lead and drive the development and implementation of the product management framework across the end-to-end product life cycle to achieve set targets and metrics for income sales and profitability. Define growth strategies in terms of new markets channel development and new products to realise the strategic goals and optimise market share and revenue targets with a focus on driving growth.
