Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead Group IT Operations and Shared Services across multiple business units and regions.
- Provide oversight of Enterprise Applications ERP Infrastructure & Cloud Service Delivery Vendor Management and Operational IT Risk.
- Drive Microsoft Dynamics 365 and enterprise application optimisation adoption and value realisation.
- Own the preparation management and reporting of the full Group IT budget.
- Drive service excellence operational stability governance and continuous improvement.
- Manage strategic technology vendors contracts licensing and outsourced services.
- Ensure effective IT risk cybersecurity disaster recovery and business continuity practices.
