As the IT Director you will be responsible for leading ICT Operations Cybersecurity IT Governance Enterprise Applications Infrastructure and Project Delivery while ensuring secure reliable and cost-effective technology services.
This role requires an experienced technology executive who can align IT strategy with organisational goals oversee large-scale technology projects manage risk and compliance and lead multidisciplinary teams across geographically dispersed environments. You will work closely with executive leadership business stakeholders service providers and technical teams to ensure technology becomes a strategic enabler for growth efficiency and resilience.
Candidates must have a strong educational background in Computer Science Information Systems Informatics or a related field as well as significant leadership experience across enterprise technology environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the organisations IT and Cybersecurity strategy
• Lead ICT Operations Enterprise Applications Infrastructure and Cybersecurity functions
• Oversee enterprise technology projects from planning through implementation
• Drive strategic technology initiatives digital transformation and continuous improvement programmes
• Manage IT budgets technology investments resource planning and supplier relationships
• Ensure reliable secure and cost-effective ICT services across the organisation
• Oversee cybersecurity governance risk management incident response and compliance initiatives
• Lead IT governance risk compliance and information management programmes
• Ensure alignment between business goals technology strategy and operational delivery
• Manage technology vendors contracts service providers and supplier performance
• Provide executive reporting on technology risks project progress operational performance and security posture
• Lead and develop high-performing ICT and Cybersecurity teams

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Education (Non-Negotiable):
• Bachelors Degree or similar qualification in Information Systems Computer Science Informatics or a related field
• Certifications:
• Relevant Project Management Certification (e.g. Scrum Master)
• IT Governance/Management Certification advantageous
• Security/Governance Certification advantageous
• Experience:
• Minimum 3 years experience in IT-related senior management
• 810 years experience across ICT Operations and/or Enterprise Applications
• Proven experience managing large-scale IT and business technology projects
• Experience managing remote and geographically distributed teams
• Proven experience overseeing cybersecurity and technology risk management initiatives

• High levels of integrity discretion and professionalism
