An established RF company in Centurion is recruiting for a Head of Industrialisation with a minimum of 5 years of working experience in product industrialisation RF design engineering or systems engineering. BEng (Industrial/ Electronic/ Electrical or Mechanical Engineering)

- BEng (Industrial/ Electronic/ Electrical or Mechanical Engineering)
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience in product industrialisation RF design engineering or systems engineering.
- Good command of the English language (written and verbal)
- Lead the industrialisation strategy ensuring efficient and scalable product transfer into production.
- Own and optimise the end-to-end industrialisation process from design through qualification and release.
- Ensure all products are manufacturable testable and repeatable at the required quality standards
- Drive cost optimisation manufacturability improvements etc
- Lead technical problem-solving for production and testing challenges
- Manage outsourcing and global product transfers
