Head of Funding & Capital Strategy

A growing property development company is looking for a commercially driven Head of Capital Markets to take full ownership of its funding strategy. This is a high-impact role where youll shape capital structuring drive liquidity strategy and work directly with the founder to support accelerated growth and expansion

Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to:
Lead the structuring and execution of all debt funding and refinancing transactions
Develop and optimise capital structures at both project and portfolio levels
Oversee treasury operations liquidity management and covenant compliance across SPVs
Establish and manage strong relationships with commercial banks debt funds and alternative lenders
Prepare comprehensive creditready funding and investment packs
Manage competitive funding processes to secure commercially favourable terms
Negotiate pricing margins covenants security packages and repayment structures

Qualification:
