Join a high-growth consumer-focused business where finance plays a central role in shaping strategy. Reporting directly to the Financial Director and working closely with an entrepreneurial CEO you will lead the FP&A function and have a tangible impact on commercial performance and business growth.
Job Description:
This position involves:
- Leading the budgeting and forecasting process across the business
- Delivering meaningful financial analysis and performance insights to senior leadership
- Driving automation and continuous process improvement initiatives
- Preparing and presenting board executive and stakeholder reporting
- Partnering with operational and commercial teams to support decision-making
- Leading financial modelling business case development and strategic projects
- Providing leadership coaching and development to a team of Financial Analysts
- Driving cost optimisation and supporting profitability initiatives across the business
- Ensuring reporting processes are accurate efficient and scalable
- 8 years experience in a similar role such as Head of FP&A Head of Financial Planning & Reporting Commercial Finance Manager Senior Commercial Finance Business Partner or Commercial Financial Analyst
- Exposure to the Retail industry or Fintech (advantageous)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Team leadership and staff management experience
- CA (SA)
