Job Description:
- Lead the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts across the business
- Drive financial planning and analysis activities providing meaningful insights and recommendations
- Partner with departmental leaders to monitor spending improve profitability and achieve EBITDA targets
- Develop business cases financial models and ad hoc analyses for strategic initiatives
- Oversee capital expenditure (Capex) planning and investment allocation decisions
- Deliver monthly quarterly and annual reporting including variance analysis and executive commentary
- Prepare and review presentations for Boards shareholders lenders and executive leadership
- Collaborate with Data and IT teams to enhance reporting capabilities and financial visibility across the business
- Provide key finance leadership during system implementations and business transformation projects
- Lead mentor and develop a high-performing Financial Planning & Reporting team
- Minimum 5 years experience in a finance leadership or managerial role within industry
- Strong financial planning budgeting forecasting and reporting experience
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling capabilities
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders across multiple business functions
- Strong leadership communication and team development skills
- Commercially minded with a passion for driving business performance through data and insights
- CA(SA) non-negotiable
