Strategic Head of Finance role partnering directly with the CEO in a leading direct selling business.
Drive commercial decision-making financial performance and governance across the group.

Job Description:
- Act as a strategic partner to the CEO supporting growth profitability and long-term planning
- Collaborate with the executive team on business strategy commercial decisions and financial performance initiatives
- Lead budgeting forecasting financial modelling and group performance reporting
- Oversee the preparation of consolidated annual financial statements and manage the full audit process
- Take ownership of tax compliance (VAT PAYE corporate tax) and SARS engagement
- Manage treasury banking relationships cash flow and working capital optimisation
- Ensure strong governance by fulfilling statutory company secretarial and compliance responsibilities including acting as Public Officer Information Officer and PAIA Officer
- Lead and develop the finance team while maintaining robust internal controls
Skills & Experience:
- CA(SA) qualification
- Minimum 810 years progressive finance leadership experience within a group structure
- Strong technical accounting and consolidated reporting expertise
- Proven audit management and tax compliance experience
- Commercially astute with strong strategic thinking capability
- Ability to operate at executive level while remaining hands-on
- High integrity with a strong governance mindset
