Head Guide Luxury Safari Lodge Pongola KwaZulu-Natal
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Head Guide to lead the guiding team at a luxury safari lodge in KwaZulu-Natal. This role is ideal for a passionate leader committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences while mentoring guides and maintaining the highest standards of safety and conservation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years guiding experience within a luxury safari lodge
- Previous supervisory or Head Guide experience preferred
- FGASA Level 2 with Full Trails
- Valid First Aid Certificate
- Valid drivers licence and PrDP
- Valid FGASA qualification
- Rifle competency and DEAT/NDT registration where applicable
- Experience hosting international luxury guests
- Strong leadership mentoring and guest interaction skills
