Key Responsibilities: - Conduct routine maintenance and repair tasks such as painting plumbing electrical work and carpentry - Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems to identify issues and recommend solutions - Perform general cleaning and upkeep of facilities - Respond to maintenance requests and resolve issues in a timely manner - Maintain inventory of tools and equipment and ensure they are in good working condition - Follow all safety procedures and regulations while performing tasks - Communicate with management and team members to coordinate maintenance and repair schedules - Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar role - Strong knowledge of general maintenance and repair techniques - Basic understanding of electrical plumbing and carpentry systems - Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively - Excellent problem-solving and time management skills - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects - Valid drivers license and reliable transportation We offer a competitive salary and benefits package for this full-time permanent position.
