The successful candidate will lead guide training coaching and competency assessments while enhancing guiding excellence wildlife interpretation hospitality standards firearm proficiency and overall professional development across the Guiding Department.

Requirements
Training Reporting & Administration Minimum Requirements:
FGASA Level 3 (Level 2 minimum with significant training experience).
Registered DEAT Nature Site Guide.
Valid PDP.
Valid First Aid Level 2 (or higher).
Valid PFTC Firearm Competency and Advanced Rifle Handling (ARH) certification.
Minimum 7 years guiding experience within a luxury safari environment.
Minimum 3 years experience coaching mentoring or training guides.
Proven experience conducting guide assessments.
Excellent knowledge of South African wildlife ecology and conservation.
Computer literacy (MS Office).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
